We'd been waiting all week for three different packages and of course they all came the same day at the end of the week. Logan got his $2 replacement wedding ring. Zak got his birthday package from Grandma Purser, I love that both grandmas sent a bag of cashews in his presents this year, they know us so well :) And I got my first Beachbody order, I'm so excited to start helping others work of their health and fitness goals!
Our little artist :)
We started sprouting the seeds for our garden this year, I'm so excited about it, and so are the boys! For my birthday Logan made a little green house to grow my plants in. If only the warm weather would stay then we could get them out there in it!
Owen and Zak eating some sunflower greens :)
Zak comes running every time he hears the juicer, we loves putting the fruits and veggies through.
This big guy turned two a couple weeks ago.
I knew those toilet and paper towel rolls would come in handy!
The perfect car tunnel! (And the perfect time for mom to workout!)
I remember when I first bought a big box of crayons and Owen would just break them and peel the paper off. In my mind I would think "Uhh! Please don't break the crayons!" But I learned to let go, it kept him busy and he enjoyed doing it. (And crayons are seriously like a $1) Now, fast forward a couple of years, and we are sorting out the small ones and melting them together. We were all pretty excited about it! Such a fun activity!
The other day we were talking about getting a Redbox and Owen decided that he really needed one, so this is what we came up with :)
We made a couple of trips to Colorado last month with Logan for work.
Nice "cheese" faces boys :)
We went to the Butterfly Pavilion in Denver and had an awesome time!
Owen got to hold a tarantula, he loved it!
Skeleton pajamas for Halloween.
Gluten-free pumpkin muffins with honey butter frosting, banana ghosts, and orange pumpkins!
I went to get pumpkins a few days before Halloween and they were all out! So we carved "decorative gourds" instead :) We thought they turned out great, definitely a tradition in the making!
Making bird feeders
The foam blocks were a success!
My latest project has been knitting covers for these foam blocks, which I'll give to Owen for his birthday next week.
Lately whenever I get the camera out, this is the face I get from this guy. Loves the attention just like his dad! He also likes to get this frying pan and spatula out of the dishwasher and say "Hash browns! Hash browns!"
Here are some pictures of the garden that I grew this year, someday it won't all be in pots and trays! :)
Two and a half months ago our family moved to Williston, North Dakota. The schedule for Logan's training has been pretty crazy. It's normal around here for people to work 2 weeks on, one week off, so that's our new norm :) Everywhere you look there is housing going in like crazy, this cute little town is doing it's best to keep up with all the growth. There are several great parks that we love going to, 3 of them are in walking distance! We are in an awesome ward and have met so many amazing people! Logan spent several weeks training in the oil fields and I just had to take pictures of him when he walked in the door. The first two were taken of him walking in 40 minutes before church started.
Love this man so much!
